Shipping and Return policy
1. Shipping
After your order has been successfully placed, please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order before it ships. Please allow 5-10 days for shipping for UK Orders, and 6-12 days for International orders
We will notify you via email as soon as your order is on its way to you. If you would like a tracking number please notify us via email, and we will provide you with one right away!
2. RETURN
It is completely understandable to return an item. Customers have the right to cancel and return an order within 14 days from the day the product was received.
In order to be eligible for a return, the products must be in resalable condition. Products which have been opened and/or used are not eligible under the return policy. Unfortunately, any original shipping costs are non-refundable with the return.
Please refer to the ‘Damage Products,’ ‘Pre-existing Conditions,’ or ‘Third-Party Retailers’ for more information on returns and refund conditions and eligibility.
To return a package, please contact a Customer Care agent and provide the order number to receive the return address
Returned packages are the responsibility of the customer until the package has been received at the provided return address
Though not a requirement, it is recommended to purchase tracking services as well as hold on to the proof of postage if the return label is not provided by Scandinavian Biolabs for personal protection.
Please take into consideration of what is being sent to Scandinavian Biolabs as any products sent back cannot be credited and will not be sent back to the customer. Only products received by Scandinavian Biolabs can be credited. If the order number for the returned product cannot be located then a refund is unable to be processed.

3. 90-Day Nail Growth Guarantee
Brittle, weak nails can be frustrating — and we don’t want money worries to add to the stress. That’s why we’re taking the risk for you. If you don’t see results with the Nail Growth Pen in 90 days, we’ll give you your money back.
We only ask you to follow 3 simple steps:
STEP 1 — Document your journey
Take a clear photo of your nails before you start, and then once a month.
STEP 2 — Apply the pen daily
Use the Nail Growth Pen every single day. Consistency is what strengthens and heals brittle nails.
STEP 3 — Stick with it for 90 days (3 pens)
Use at least 3 Nail Growth Pens for 90 consecutive days. If you don’t see results and have followed the steps above, reach out to support@naila.uk with your monthly images (start + each month) and your order number, and we’ll issue a full refund.
4. REFUND
Refunds can take within 10 business days of the product being received by NAILA before being issued. An email notification will be sent to confirm the completion of return processing and refunding of the order.
Once a refund is issued, it can typically take within 5 business days for the transaction to be reflected back to the original payment method. Refunds cannot be processed to an alternative card. Please note that on some occasions, it can take up to 14 business days depending on the payment method.

5. DAMAGED ITEMS
Products which were broken, damaged, or defective and unusable upon receipt are eligible for replacement. Please contact Customer Care at support@naila.uk in order to resolve the issue with appropriate return and/or exchange instructions.
If possible, please provide photo evidence of the damage to help minimise such incidences from occurring in the future.
